More than just a run club.
We value mixed modal training and S&C is a big part of that. Plan of attack this week is to keep it basic - work through all movement patterns, keep form tight.
Warm up on any piece of CV - enough to work up a sweat but not gas you out. Have a stretch/foam roll, always good to mobilise your spine + hips + shoulders.
Work through your primers with intent. Brace core the whole time.
Strength work should be measured and correctly executed. If form gets sloppy, ego check - we don’t get strong building on weak foundations.
Conditioning shouldn’t be easy. It should push you to a RPE of 8-10 on the 30s blasts and 4-6 on the 60s recovery. The real work is holding on for the last 2 rounds.
