Silly season is in full swing and we’re looking forward to seeing as many of you as possible on the 7th. Pizza and a coupla cold’uns, lovely.
This week we’re throwing in a power building move, the hang power clean. I would try explain it but there’s so many cogs to this exercise, so I’ve put a link to a short YouTube video that explains things visually that type just can’t! If the link doesn’t show, simply copy and paste the exercise into YouTube, you’ll find it.
Next up we have HEAVY DB Lunges paired with Pull Ups, we want to top out in terms of weight here with the lunges, use dumbbells that are going to want to test your knee stability, as soon as your knee’s want to collapse, go lighter, we want to build strength, not injure ourselves…
Hanging once again, this time to rip up the core. Hang from a pull up bar, brace and squeeze at the core to avoid all rocking, bring knees up into chest and repeat until abs scream, or you get to 10. Hand grip might be tired, but hey, mumma didn’t raise no…
